Planner-to-Planner Support
For My Industry Planners
Think of me as your extended arm.
Sometimes you don’t need another planner; you just need another really good planner in the room.
I offer ad hoc onsite event support for fellow planners, producers, venues, and hospitality teams throughout San Diego.
Maybe your go-to teammate is already booked. Someone calls out. The event grows. Or you know you’ll be better at your job with another experienced person beside you.
That’s where I come in.
I’ve spent my career producing events from both sides of the table — corporate events, luxury hospitality, catering, weddings, conferences, and everything in between.
I know how valuable it is to have someone on-site who can walk in, understand the assignment, and actually help.
What you can expect:
Experienced, client-facing event support
Comfortable working within your existing process + team structure
Strong understanding of timelines, venues, vendors + hospitality operations
Able to own a workstream or jump in where needed
Calm, solutions-focused onsite presence
No ego
No stepping on toes
Your client stays your client
Think of me as an extension of your team — without having to add another person to your permanent roster.

Because event life happens.
Someone gets sick.
Your assistant becomes unavailable.
The guest count jumps.
A new production element gets added.
Or three days out you realize:
Oh. I need another person.
Reach out.
If I’m available, I’m happy to jump in, review your materials, get up to speed, and support the event without creating another project for you to manage.
